1. Disclosure of your personal information

Third parties to whom we may sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or assets. Alternatively, we can try to acquire or merge with other companies. If our business changes, the new owners may use your personal information in the same way as described in this privacy notice.
We urge all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat them in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third party providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only allow them to process your personal data for specific purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
2. Data security
We have taken appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed, modified or disclosed in an unauthorized manner. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who need business knowledge. They only process your personal data according to our instructions and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put procedures in place to deal with suspected violations of personal data and will notify you and all relevant regulatory authorities of any violations if we are legally obliged to do so.

External third parties: Service providers who act as processors and provide IT, including website and system administration services.
Professional consultants and advisors in support of recruiting who act as processors or joint controllers, including employees, lawyers, bankers, accountants and insurers who provide advisory, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services.
HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities that act as processors or joint controllers and, in certain circumstances, require reporting of processing activities.
4. The right to data portability
Your personal information is portable. This means it can be moved, copied, or transmitted electronically. However, this right only applies if:
a) The processing is based on your consent.
b) the processing is carried out to fulfill the contract;
c) the processing is automated;

5. How long will you use my personal information?
We will only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes we have collected, including for the purpose of fulfilling legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data, and whether we can achieve these goals in other ways and through applicable legal requirements.
The law requires us to retain basic information about our customers, including contact, identity, financial and transactional data, for six years after they are no longer customers for tax reasons.

Under certain circumstances, we can anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you for research or statistical purposes. In this case, we can use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
